• ONLINE PUBLIC COMMENTS - Request a ZOOM Link by emailing the Village Clerk so that you can speak during the Meeting or 
• EMAIL your Public Comment in Advance and REQUEST that it be included into PUBLIC RECORD.  EMAIL Village Staff (clerk & manager) and Village Council
